SWEDANA (Ayurvedic Steam therapy)
Swedana or steam therapy is usually performed after the massage therapy. The oil that has been absorbed by the skin after oil massage gets deep in to the tissues because of the heat loosening toxins and most of it will come out of the body through sweat during Swedana.

Pottali Swedana a type of steam therapy is Ayurveda's magic on the body and mind.
